I have retired “again” and have returned to Netarts. My concerns while away from Oregon caused me to believe that I could bring peace

of mind to homeowners who can’t always be there.

On this premise, “Cabin Cop” was founded. “I’m there when you can’t be” is our slogan. “Cabin Cop” is not a guard service.

Our intent is to provide you with customizable services to best fit your needs. We can provide this service on either a weekly or monthly

basis. Most importantly, based on my law enforcement background, this service is provided by a neighbor who you can trust.

I am a retired Oregon Police Chief who is one of your neighbors. When I retired “the first time” at age 50, I was recruited out of state to

work as a Corporate Investigator for a major corporation. During my time away from Oregon, I was continually concerned about the

security of my home in Netarts. I was also concerned about security, winter storm damage, power outages, water leaks, clogged

gutters, handling of service calls and the other realities of owning a home on the Oregon Coast.
